What the client records for you
Buy orders and insta-buys: browse an item on the marketplace before you buy it. The client caches the orders as you view them, so it knows the price you paid.
Sell orders: listing one records the item and your asking price.
Sales by mail: when a listing sells, open your mailbox and click the mail — the client reads it and books the sale.
Insta-sells: read straight off the wire as they happen, no mail needed. Sell however suits you.

The capture client writes every fight to
logs\combat-encounters-*.jsonl while you play — nothing needs to stay open.
Pick one (or several) here. Adding the matching
loot-events-*.txt from the same folder also names the enemies you fought
and marks deaths on the timeline.
- The capture client reads the same combat numbers your screen already shows — passively, party-only, no overlay.
- Encounters are detected automatically (a few seconds out of combat ends one) and the summary is sent to your account.

🔔 Discord Alerts
What makes an alert fire: both ends of the flip must have been scanned in the last 30 minutes, the route needs a track record, and the spread is re-checked against live prices in the moment before anything is posted. Most item and city pairs are only scanned when somebody plays with the capture client running, so alerts are deliberately rare. A quiet channel usually means nobody has been near those markets, not that there is nothing to flip — and an alert on a spread nobody has seen for an hour is how you lose silver, which is why the bar is not lowered.
📖 How to set up your first alert (click to expand/collapse)
- Invite the bot to your Discord server — click here to invite the alert bot. Discord will show it as albion market sniper — that's the right app.
- Get a Channel ID: in Discord, enable Developer Mode (User Settings → Advanced → Developer Mode ON), then right-click any channel and choose "Copy Channel ID".
- Paste the Channel ID below, pick a minimum profit threshold, and click Create Alert.
- That's it — the alert you just created posts to that channel on its own. (Optional:
/setup_alertsin Discord creates a second, independent alert on that channel, registered to the server instead of your account, with its own threshold. You don't need it for the alert above.)

What this is
Albion Terminal is a set of tools for Albion Online: market prices across every city, crafting and refining calculators that work from your own specialisations, a ledger that follows materials from purchase through crafting to sale, and a loot logger for guilds.
It is free, it has no ads, and it does not sell anything. A companion capture client reads the game's network traffic while you play so the tools can use what actually happened to you instead of asking you to type it in.
Every tool is listed on the home page, each with what it does and whether it needs the client or an account. Press ? anywhere for keyboard shortcuts, or Ctrl+K to jump to any tool by name.
Where the numbers come from
Four sources feed the prices. Our own scanners sweep the markets every 10 minutes. A live stream carries player orders as they are placed. Historical charts supply volume and long-run averages. And players running the capture client contribute the scans they generate simply by browsing a marketplace in game.
Every price carries its age, and a stale marker means nobody has scanned that item in that city recently. It does not mean the market is quiet. Confidence scores on flips and routes are a track record, not a forecast: they say how often that exact route was genuinely profitable across the last 30 days of order data.
A number we watched arrive is treated differently from a number you told us. A measured figure and a typed one are never blended, and where something cannot be known the screen says so rather than filling the gap. A crafting station fee is a dated reading of the station you opened, or it is marked as not stated. Your specialisation levels come from your own Destiny Board when the client has relayed it, and from what you typed only where the board has no entry.
Is the capture client safe?
It reads the game's network packets passively, the same way the Albion Online Data Project client has for years. It never reads or writes game memory, never injects anything into the game, and never automates play. It has no overlay and cannot act for you. It links to your account through a one-time device authorisation, so no password is ever shared with it.
Who supplies the data
Prices arrive because people play with the capture client running. Nobody has to do anything special: walking past a marketplace contributes what the game showed you. The tiers below track that contribution.

Using ExitLag or a VPN?
Run the client as Administrator. For ExitLag, set Settings → Advanced → Packet redirection method to NDIS (Legacy); the default method hides the game's traffic from capture tools.
Is it safe?
It reads the game's network packets passively, the same way the Albion Online Data Project client has for years. It never reads game memory, injects code or draws an overlay. The source and every release are public on GitHub.
Prefer a token in a file?
The Profile tab can generate a capture token to paste into config.yaml next to the client. The device login in step 2 does the same thing without editing anything.
